RE: Chapter 9: Blood Override and the Bronze Corps
Thank you so much! Calling it one of the best chapters so far is a massive compliment, and it gives me a huge motivation boost!
I'm truly touched by your empathy for the mercenary leader. You completely understood the tragedy of the cyberpunk world I wanted to convey: under the cold metal and high tech, even the "villains" are just pawns stripped of their agency and humanity. They were victims of the system long before they met Yun Feng.
As for Boss Zhao... you have great intuition. He is definitely watching from the shadows, evaluating his "project."
And a special thank you for tagging @almaguer! It means the world to me that you are recommending my story to others. I hope they enjoy it when they get their connection back! I'm heading over to your blog now to check out those amazing paintings you mentioned earlier! 🎨🔥
For sure @almaguer will like your story. He ollives on Cuba, is a professor Maths, a great story writer plus a painter. He is able to work and fix computers plus phones.
He will surely stop by when he is able to.
Boss Zhao os a bit creepy but also one to pity, that is he might years ago, just not today and not in that world.
People like @almaguer find the solution.
This BOOMING vote is yours and well deserved!
❤️🍀
Thank you so much for the generous BOOMING vote and for diving deep into the story! ❤️🍀
You completely nailed it with Boss Zhao! He is definitely a tragic product of this dystopian world—whatever humanity or pity he deserved was swallowed up by the harsh reality a long time ago. I'm thrilled that his character left an impression on you.
And I would be absolutely honored if @almaguer stopped by! A math professor who writes stories, paints, and fixes computers? That sounds like an amazing cyberpunk character in real life! 😆 I really look forward to connecting with him.
Thank you again for the wonderful support and for bringing great people together!
