Looks like the @jennyburgos account is part of an AI generated content farming operation.
Seeing the same accounts voting all the posts suggests this as well.
If that is the conclusion of community members, then the community should decide if downvotes should be applied to nullify the efforts of the farmers.

They all are already on our blacklist and it would be good if all steemaccounts + booming accounts would also mute these so no one can vote for them!

I believe I did mention it; in fact, some accounts were registered on the Steem Watcher portal.
During 2026, I have logged at least 700 cases on Steem Watcher, focusing on posts with rewards exceeding $0.02.
Steemchiller is surely aware of the work I do regarding this.
We do our best to keep abusers in check.
