I understand what you're saying, and I agree with you: it is necessary to create a "blacklist," because if we don't address this problem, Steemit might well become overrun with this type of user in the not-too-distant future.
All curation teams maintain a Google Sheet. There’s a database where information about a user's country is pulled from, so we could add an 'info' column to flag it if a user is abusing something. Within a month or two, this database would fill up with data. And if someone accidentally misses a particular user, the sheet will warn about it, and the vote can be removed.
It's a good strategy. The important thing is to do something and not sit idly by.
First time I hear we all use the same sheet. For sure we don't. The one we always used was developed by me and my brother and next @aneukpineung78 and I improved it with data I wanted to know and hebben attached a site to it
The interesting thing is that the sheet we use now is a stolen copy of what my brother and I made back then. Even more interesting is that none of the creative communities is mentioned on it, none of those hashtags and I only see the same names in the list ...
How odd is that?
