Nigeria to be precise 100% for smoking of fish, crayfish and meat.
This is a great cooking method. I really like smoked meat and fish. But, unfortunately, this is not a very healthy food.
I learnt 40% are even using it in the city due to high cost of gas.
This is a bit surprising, because according to information from the Ukrainian media, Nigeria has significant gas reserves and is a prominent player in the LNG market. This again suggests the idea of corruption 😒.

Exactly. That's why I use to tell people that not all we have on media are the same with real life situation.
We are No.1 top oil producing country in Africa, and yet we suffer 10 times more than people who even buy it as they do not have it in their country. Fuel is expensive here.

Firewood is very common in Sri Lanka but our way of cooking is a bit different. Seeing it smoked in a barrel, that's a first for me 😄 Hope your sis-in-law gives it the thumbs up! 🥂
