From my Garden

in #garden • 13 hours ago

This is one plant that I absolutely love in my garden, not that I do not love the others, but this one always delights me. It's the Night-Blooming Jasmine, which we call it as Raat Rani, means the queen of the night, and it lives up to its name. After sunset, my whole place fills up with the fragrance of this tree. It has an intensely sweet, rich floral fragrance. The fragrance spreads out till 50 to 60 feet away from the plant. So even if it is in one corner of the garden on one side of my home, the entire villa area gets the fragrance of the plant. Even I get the fragrance in my bedroom on the first floor if I keep my window open, it is so strong. During day time there is nothing, but after sunset the fragrance is extremely strong.

Actually, this is hubby's choice. He was the one who wanted this plant always. I was not much keen on it, but now I love it the most in my garden.

These are all buds, they will all bloom into flowers and then not only the fragrance but the appearance is also going to be pretty.
