We Read 620 Supplement Labels So You Don't Have To

Most supplement reviews repeat what is printed on the front of the bottle. The front
is advertising. The part that states what is actually inside is the Supplement Facts
panel on the back, so over the last two months that is what we read.

620 of our reviews are now checked line by line against that panel. Where our own
text and the label disagreed, the label won, and scores and rankings moved with it.

Then we rebuilt the Club around it:

  • Verdict first. All 816 reviews open with one screen: buy if, skip if, the score.
  • Goal pages. 140 solutions ranked on one scale across 13 goals, each with the study behind it. On the testosterone page, consistent sleep (8.5) sits above every supplement.
  • My Stack. Add what fits and share it as a card. No sign-up.
  • A free AI Coach. Five questions, about a minute.

The short version, as a video:

Everything that changed, and where to start, is on our own site.

Focusing on the Supplement Facts panel instead of marketing claims is exactly where the real value lies in supplement evaluation. I've noticed many products use proprietary blends that hide the actual amounts of active ingredients, making it impossible to know if you're getting a therapeutic dose. Have you found any brands that transparently list individual compounds rather than hiding them behind vague blend names?
