Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 3/10/2026, under the hood it's been a 10 year project.
We have been posting here since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016, I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller ones.

There as never been a single power-down made on this account for all those active years, our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. Doing such things rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

Casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are a top 300 Steem investor. That is not to brag but simply proof of work.

Life's Diary Notes 📕🖊

I was back to work today, and I was surprised to be able to get some decent sleep last night. However I woke-up feeling very tired, in this case I was sure that if it was not for work I would have likely been able to sleep for another 1 or 2 hours which would have done me a lot of good. I thought I may have problems sleeping again being so exhausted but thankfully I was able to fall asleep relatively quickly. Unlike yesterday it was chilly in the early morning, but I was still confident it would warm up. On the way to work I already knew I was working with my least favourite superior. I have a ton of shifts with her which I'm not thrilled about. I was lucky not to have any extra work, however task2 was rather a lot. But while a lot it was thankfully easy to deal with. Task2 was set early, so I started on that right away, it was like usual now inflated. I got it completed right on the dot, and then got on with task3 which was a standard amount. While doing this for whatever reason my least favourite superior wanted to know how old I will be on my birthday coming. I find it strange to why she was asking, perhaps she wanted to know if it was one of those big celebration numbers.

So after work before I could go home I visited those idiots at Hell's Pharmacy. Last time I was there while one of the staff was serving a customer ahead of me she decided to bark at me that I will not get my medication until it's confirmed with a doctor. Why is she telling me this while serving someone else, it's rude to both of us. Also, don't they need my actual prescription first!? I'm still holding them in hand so I asked her what do I do with these prescriptions? She just shrugs. Yeah the professionalism in this place is real great... In that moment the miserable woman from last time comes out to explain to me what was already barked at me. I thought fine... that is fair "ish" the part that really bothered me was when she said that after this is confirmed by my doctor that the pharmacy will make a decision "among themselves" to whether or not they will allow me to have the medication. I said fine and left as I was of course absolutely FURIOUS😡🤬😡 they always scheming ways to avoid giving me my meds. Yesterday I received a message from the pharmacy saying my medication was ready to collect. Now my hope was that it was true and not just a message to get me down there for a face to face conversation as to why they will deny my meds. Well I'm pleased to say that I was able to get my medication, yes ALL of it, there was shockingly nothing missing. However the woman this time did question me to state exactly what meds I was collecting which they have only done once before.

I wanted to get some work on the house done, I do enjoy some aspects of doing such things around the home. I found the other day after getting the washing machine out that there was yet another hidden gap under and between the placement of the counters. Argh 🙄!. I'm very disappointed with those lazy kitchen fixers to leave such things. But yesterday I fixed the gap and from the looks of things it's all holding-up well. Next while I wait on cement I want to try and close a gap between the cooker and wall to prevent anything falling behind it. I'm also considering getting some extra support for the gap fixed behind the washing machine. These supports where already measured out today and will be cut on another day. Oct 2026🚑- The body continues to try and fight this condition placed upon me. I'm now on day 246 of the specialist treatment plan. And it's been helping me to VERY Slowww-LY minimize symptoms, but sadly not to a point where it's cured. However lately I have gained a bit more confidence that I might be able to get to a full recovery. But there's also still a strong probability that there may still be further underlining issues 🙁 while some of these have improved slightly, they still aren't where I want them to be. But that will have to be a problem for later. I'm currently on my 3rd cycle of another 90 days 😫 of treatment. Obtaining the treatment itself continues to be a challenge with the pharmacy. The specialist doctor already months ago "fully confirmed" for me to be on this treatment "long term". Yet I have to keep fighting the idiotic Pharmacy Of Hell to allow me excess to the medication. The plan for now was to go through these 90 days again and see if at the end there is the "slightest" of improvements. Well I think improvement is already confirmed, and so hopefully I will avoid being placed on different medication.
