Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 1/10/2026, under the hood it's been a 10 year project.
We have been posting here since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016, I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller ones.

There as never been a single power-down made on this account for all those active years, our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. Doing such things rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

Casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. We also try to use some of that Steem to buy even more, we are a top 300 Steem investor. That is not to brag but simply proof of work.

Life's Diary Notes 📕🖊

I was off from work today, thank goodness because I was exhausted. I thought I may have problems sleeping again being so exhausted but thankfully I was able to fall asleep relatively quickly. I think I may have been able to sleep nearly 6 hours without waking up. And when I did I tried to get back to sleep. This time I was lucky to sleep, however the sleep for the next few hours was very broken. It was very sunny this morning but still a little fresh, but it didn't take long for the heat to start. It's been even warmer the past 3 days compared to the usual. Annoyingly with this some really big flies have been appearing lately.

I was still up early and so wanted to work on the house. And I do enjoy some aspects of doing such things around the home. I found the other day after getting the washing machine out that there was yet another hidden gap under and between the placement of the counters. Argh 🙄. I'm very disappointed with those lazy kitchen fixers to leave such things. I'm done with preparing the area for working and getting the wood cut needed to fill the first gap. The first gap was closed off and seems to be holding nicely but I'm considering getting it some extra support. Today I completed filling in the 2nd gap and hope to move on to getting a gap between the oven and wall closed so nothing will fall behind it. I have already found the material for it, I just need to still measure things out and cut which will be for another day.

So I visited those idiots at Hell's Pharmacy the other day. While one of the staff served the customer ahead of me she decided to bark at me that I will not get my medication until it's confirmed with a doctor. Why is she telling me this while serving someone else, it's rude to both of us. Also before they even tell me that.. don't they need my actual prescription first!? So I asked her what do I do with these prescriptions? She just shrugs. Seriously the professionalism in this place is just real great... In that moment the miserable woman from last time comes out to explain to me what was already barked at me. I thought fine... this happens more often now. However while that is fair the part that really bothered me was when she said that after this is confirmed by my doctor that the pharmacy will make a decision "among themselves" to whether or not they will allow me to have it. I said fine and left as I was of course absolutely FURIOUS😡🤬😡 with this Pharmacy of HELL! They are always scheming ways to avoid giving me my meds. Today not only did I receive 9 calls from scammers 2which is just insane" but I also received a message from the pharmacy saying my medication is ready to collect. Now I hope that is true, there's a possibility the message was sent sent to get me down there for a face to face conversation as to why they will deny it. But let's see even if they do give it to me, will it be the right amount? I sure hope so since I wrote it down for them. To get this patch of meds I have already been there 3 times, it shouldn't ever be more than 2, yet I go there 5 to 6 times sometimes more for 1 dam patch. Time wasters! Oct 2026🚑- The body continues to try and fight this condition placed upon me. I'm now on day 245 of the specialist treatment plan. And it's been helping me to VERY Slowww-LY minimize symptoms, but sadly not to a point where it's cured. However lately I have gained a bit more confidence that I might be able to get to a full recovery. But there's also still a strong probability that there may still be further underlining issues 🙁 while some of these have improved slightly, they still aren't where I want them to be. But that will have to be a problem for later. I'm currently on my 3rd cycle of another 90 days 😫 of treatment. Obtaining the treatment itself continues to be a challenge with the pharmacy. The specialist doctor already months ago "fully confirmed" for me to be on this treatment "long term". Yet I have to keep fighting the idiotic Pharmacy Of Hell to allow me excess to the medication. The plan for now was to go through these 90 days again and see if at the end there is the "slightest" of improvements. Well I think improvement as already been confirmed, and so hopefully I will avoid being placed on further, and different medication.
