Hunter's comment

The Mac Dock has no app folders, and since macOS Tahoe there's no Launchpad either. TinyFolder puts a folder of apps right in your Dock: one click opens it above the tile. Its icon is built from the apps inside, and you design the rest – glass, color or texture, layouts, icon size, labels, living effects like snow and lava – in a live preview. Free on the Mac App Store.
