Everything passes away!

Seating back quietly alone am forced to remember a particular poem I was taught while growing up let's say between age 5-6 years. I still recall the poem word for word, that how sharp my memory is.

"Friends some of them goodbye
Every thing passes away..
I have nobody to paddle my canoe
So I paddle my own canoe"

though I did my best to be valued
Took the insults just to make them
Accept me"
It turned out that they still left me
Nothing I did was seen
Now am left to paddle my canoe.

The poem above made more sense to me now as an adult than it did back then as a kid. Then I just sang it without knowing what it meant. Now I see clearly.

They say everything that has a beginning has an end, do you really believe? For me I think not every thing. But what do you do when you find yourself ina place where you are not accepted or shown love? Or you are constantly reminded of your mistakes or that you don't belong with them?

Now this is not just based on assumptions, it's been made clear to you both in words and actions that you are not wanted or that it's time to let it pass away. Please is there any other way?

Tides come and go but the ocean remains. Have always been of the opinion that love is forever! It doesn't change its form, not even because of you or for anyone else. If it changes then it was never love.

Through thick and thin it embraces you, in its purest form it is seen as care, concern, empathy, respect, guidance, truth, thoughtfulness, loyalty and grace. It graciously overwhelms you with passion to be there at all times but now everything is forced to pass away like it was never there in the first place.

What's the consolation? Where should I go from here? What should I do? Those questions and more constantly floods our mind when things doesn't go as plan but guess what? That's the plan. God's plans will never seize to materialize even when everything passes away!

Refuse to be a second choice, refuse to remain, there is more, no more feeling bad or begging to be wanted, to be seen, to be valued or to be loved.

Be encouraged as I am! Cheers
