Delegated SP: network credit that works like an immune system

Delegation lends stake without giving it away. The owner keeps ownership, the receiver gets voting weight and Resource Credit capacity, and the whole thing is reversible with a few days of cooling off. For a young account this is the difference between watching and participating, because RC capacity to post and comment arrives with the delegation, at zero cash cost. For the lender it is a way to route influence toward accounts that actually use it. I think of it as an immune system for small networks: resources flow toward the parts that act, and away from the ones that only sit. Small delegations, broadly spread, do more than big ones parked in one place.

Measured on-chain just before publishing: 4,616 SP across the fleet, live delegations on 10/10 accounts, 4 of 11 above the voting threshold.
