Sunday has been a busy day for me with a boke ride and lots of walking, been wearing my weighted vest while walking.

We have had a pretty good day weather wise with Sun and a high of 18 degrees, it is finally going to heat up a little this coming week which is what i want!

My bike today had a little bit of wind but still did my 35K in a decent time.

After my Bike ride and a few walks i decided to mow the Lawns and trim a hedge, oh we also did the grocery shopping earlier this morning.

Since the sun was out we decided to have a BBQ, my partner made a quiche which turned out really tasty, on the left is the prep and on the right is cooked just out of the oven.

We had a nice salad with out BBQ

I cooked 2 different types of sausages on the BBQ, there was normal Cheese ones and some of the London pride ones.

Gotta have some Garlic bread with a BBQ as well.

Here are my walking stats from today which shows 22K walked, not bad at all :)

So this has been my busy Sunday here in New Zealand.
