Your experience and analysis regarding Vanessa Mall are quite clear. I notice a strong resemblance to certain shopping malls located on the outskirts of Dhaka or other major cities. Despite the clean environment, full air-conditioning, and convenient accessibility, the mall feels somewhat quiet due to the absence of key entertainment options. In my opinion, features like a cineplex, a game zone, or spaces where people can hang out—such as outlets of popular brands—play a crucial role in making a shopping mall lively. It is difficult to sustain a bustling atmosphere in such a large-scale mall with only clothing stores and a few restaurants, especially given the high rental costs. From a business perspective, if the mall authorities lowered rents slightly to encourage the arrival of new or diverse shops, footfall might increase. However, it remains a good choice for those looking to enjoy a peaceful stroll or a quick snack with friends and loved ones, away from the usual hustle and bustle.
Bendiciones.
You're very welcome! I completely agree—foot traffic is everything for shopping centers, and leisure/entertainment anchors make all the difference. Hopefully, developers or new business owners recognize that potential soon. Thanks for sharing such a great post, and blessings to you as well! 😊
