I've tried a couple of offline captioning tools, and they generally maintain video quality, which is great. Accuracy can vary, though, so sometimes I make slight manual adjustments. Style customization is handy, letting me match captions to different video themes. If you find anything that excels in accuracy right off the bat, please share-I'm always looking to improve my workflow!
