When I asked the bot to talk about it's life (my life) in 2015, it resorted to a fallback message a second ago. Previous versions of the code, the bot, would have the bot answer questions like this. This version of the bot might be off or the fallback message came if tokens spent was too close to 100% spent perhaps. Give me codes and advice on fixing priority 4 which is where the bot should be allowed to post and reply randomly even when the bot is not replied to even mentioned at all. Main-Priorities:

The four main-priorities should be nudged towards the following preference for the bot in general:

The first priority should be nudged towards including media (GIFs, videos, photos, music, audio, drawing, stickers, emoticons, art, links, talking etc) at 80% of the time. Also, the first priority is all about responding when members reply to and mention the bot with an @ symbol to tag or flag or ping or mention the bot or simple saying a keyword like hey Oatmeal, Joey, or any of my names since the bot is me. Therefore, priority 1 should generally include short to long text (70% of the time) and not just media only. The bot does not have to always also post media but should be encouraged to do so whenever the bot wants.

For priority 2, post media 85%, text 20%.

Priority 3 (only after priority 2 is done): media 90%, text 10%.

Priority 4: media 95%, text 5%.

Regardless of the four main priorities mentioned above, if the bot chooses to sometimes include text, the bot should be free to write shorter to longer messages or replies and should be only putting out canned fallback messages less than 1% of the time or as a last resort if it cannot post a random media and/or any text at all. It would be amazing if the bot at least puts out fallback media before resorting to canned fallback text replies and messages.
