SVM Scan: Exploring the Steem Virtual Machine On-Chain
SVM Scan is the new official block explorer and indexer for the Steem Virtual Machine, which can index and decode two types of on-chain data SVM’s Cosmos SDK and EVM together.
In this case, we can get a lot of new benefits and when we see these benefits here, we can enjoy them and have a pretty good experience and we can move forward quite well by achieving it

SVM Scan is built as a modern pnpm monorepo:
Backend: Fastify + MongoDB
Frontend: React + Vite + TanStack Query
Indexer: From Tendermint RPC - historical backfill and new block live indexing
Shared Packages: Uses the same decoding registry and TypeScript contracts between frontend and backend.
Due to the MongoDB backend, historical data from the genesis of the chain can be persistently indexed, so even if the page reloads, the data is not lost. The biggest reason for doing this is so that all the data that is indexed here is not lost in any way so that you can always see it.
SVM Scan is completely open-source, so the community can audit, fork and contribute to it. This is not everything you can see I am not hiding anything here and since it is open source, everything is visible and anyone can see everything from here.
SVM Scan is not just a block explorer, it is the complete indexing and monitoring infrastructure of the SVM ecosystem. It is always doing its job and it is always showing everything to you through its various types of work that you should see.
