Sathmatha Bir Srestho Monument
My dear friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is doing well. Alhamdulillah, I am also doing very well by the endless mercy of Allah. Today, I will talk to you about and review our Bogura district’s heart, that is, Satmata, InshaAllah. So, let's get started with today's review post.

The pic you see above is our Bangladesh people's uprising symbol. In 2024, there was an uprising in Bangladesh led by students. The students achieved victory in that uprising, and based on that, a symbol has been placed in each district as a remembrance. Sadly, our country's Prime Minister has fled.
This is located in Bogura, Satmata. Satmata has seven roads that extend in different directions toward North Bengal, and one road goes toward Dhaka. At the seven-headed junction, from afternoon into the night, there are various shops and street vendors. In these shops, you can find different types of fried and crispy food items.

These street foods are pretty decent. In the evenings, people who are free often come to Satmatha and hang out a lot with their friends. Today, we also went to Satmatha because we had some free time, went for a bit of work, and took a break to have some tea. That's why we thought about giving Satmatha a little visit.
In front of every shop, there are long stools and benches for sitting. If you want, you can eat standing up or sitting down—it’s entirely up to you. Since it’s a pretty large area, we stayed on one side where the street food shops are. This side tends to get more crowded in the evenings.

Then we went to the side where they make tea and got our tea prepared, and since there were just the two of us, we ordered two cups of tea to drink. The tea tastes really good here, which is why so many people crowd here at night.
When we arrived, it was almost around eleven, yet many people were still chatting here. This place in Bogura district is kind of a midpoint, which makes it convenient for everyone to come here. Around this area, there are lots of nice hotels for staying overnight, and we have the Bogura district school. There’s also a bus counter for weary travelers, and nearby there’s a small police box ready to provide 24-hour public service. A little while later, our tea came, and the two of us drank it.

Since we had gone out at night on the bike, there were no cars around. At night, under the memory of July, there was an empty space where we parked the car. Everyone usually parks their cars in this place, even small cars and bikes. After finishing our tea, we paid the bill.
Then we went back to where the car was parked and took the car out. We started heading home, taking the road that goes towards the city. On our way to home, it's very convenient for the people of Bogura district because from Satmata Mor, you can go outside the city using any road you want.

One day, Inshallah, I will do a full review of the whole thing, Sat Mathar Mor. For now, I have highlighted one side, that is, the road we use for commuting, which is the busiest on this side.
