Good day steemians!
Last week marks the end of our first term. After the term examination, we were given a week to make our grades and cards. Then we also had our 2 days In-Servife Training (InSet).
In our training, we talked about so many things including the best strategy we will do in our class, and the things we will do if we will meet issues and cases in the classroom.
Aside from the lessons we learned, what I love during this training is that we were able to relax our mind, we were able to laugh with our colleague and practice camaraderie.
Our principal also shared to us the things we will do for us to have an edge and get promoted easily. Honestly, I can say that teachers here in Philippines were low compensated, our salary was not enough to our day to day expenses. That is why many of us had a sideline so we can provide our family. Sadly, many Filipino teachers decided to work abroad because they were well compensated. I am hoping that the government will see us and could feel our cry.

I really like how the training was not only focused on improving classroom strategies and handling different situations, but also gave you and your colleagues a chance to relax, laugh, and strengthen your bond. Camaraderie among teachers is truly important because teaching can be challenging and having supportive colleagues makes a big difference. I also appreciate your honesty about the challenges Filipino teachers face regarding compensation and daily expenses. Teachers play such an important role in shaping the future, so I sincerely hope their efforts and sacrifices receive the recognition and fair compensation they deserve.
