RE: POLL: Do you use AI (to translate)?
I use Google Translate. And when a reader doesn't understand something I've written, I wait for them to ask questions. That’s a good way to interact. The thing is, very few people read the content here. So, everything seems to go smoothly—both what I write and what I translate, haha.
Right now, AI is everywhere. I think it’s happening in an uncontrolled way. I don’t know if that’s good or bad. Time will tell.
Yo utilizo el traductor de Google. Y cuando el lector no comprende algo de lo que escribí, espero a que me haga preguntas. Esa es una buena manera de interactuar. El detalle es que muy poca gente lee acá. Por tanto, todo parece ir bien, tanto lo que escribo como lo que traduzco, jeje.
En este momento, la IA está en todas partes. Creo que de manera descontrolada. No sé si esto sea bueno o malo. Ya el tiempo lo dirá.

Saya selalu menggunakan google translate, saya tidak pandai berbahasa Inggris apalagi bahasa lain yang sebelumnya saya belum pernah dengar, terkadang arti dari bahasa tersebut salah diartikan sehingga saya perlu bertanya kembali, kadang translate begitu payah sehingga yang kita maksud lain malah artinya jadi lain pula.....kadang aku juga tertawa ketika ada teman yang bertanya..... saya yang salah atau google yang salah aku juga tidak tahu karena saya juga tidak mengerti...

I do not disparage technological progress. However, I am opposed to the "cognitive atrophy of human beings." I remember that in the past, I knew many phone numbers by heart—especially those of the people I called frequently. Nowadays, I only know four numbers. Sometimes I hesitate when asked to multiply numbers. In other words, a large part of my gray matter has fallen into disuse because, instead of thinking, I have chosen to punch numbers into a calculator to solve the problem. I believe that, sooner or later, taking the easy way out will come back to haunt us.
