More Sleep Please

in CCC • 3 days ago

Today is the start of another work week. Having slept at 2AM this morning and waking up at 6AM didn't help at all. I then came across a link online on "20 signs your body is asking for more sleep" and I checked 16 of it. Forgetting little things more often is one and yes, I am forgetting more often.

Sounds like your lack of memory issue is solved. It makes sense. Tell me..why is it you do not go to bed at 8 pm? 😐

Yahhhh when I read the 20 signs, I knew the reason for my lack of memory issue ahahaha.
I don't knowwww haha. Wait, maybe I know, sooo.. on a workday, by the time I reach home, have dinner, wash dishes, shower and all, it would be near 11pm. Then, the brain doesn't want to shutdown. Haha. When weekend comes, I just can't sleep early. I think it is too much screen time (see, I know the answer too hahah).

p.s. I like the cute imageeee! Thank you for reading Kitty ❣️

It's a busy life and it forces one to relax bo matter how late that starts.

I dug up the pictures I spread underneath comments around 2024/2025.

Only 4 hours of sleep?! It would be a hard day at work. I hope you can sleep better after this.

Thank you @emmabritt... Yaaahhh... Work starts at 830, one of the main reasons why I love working from home because we cut the need to get ready and commute time. But, traditional minded bosses have trust issues. They don't trust that their employees are working when they work from home although work is completed (as if it makes any difference being in office - someone can be surfing online, watching their shows or playing games on their mobile, etc too).

Yes, the time you have to get ready and the commuting time. There's a huge chunk of time gone.

There are many ways for companies to monitor work-from-home staff today, if they want to.

In the past, devices had to be locked away, but now employees can stay connected and active from anywhere. Even schoolteachers are creating video content right from their classrooms.

I think some of those company may simply feel that since they are paying for an employee's time, they would rather have them spend it physically in the office.
