RE: Application - Single Community Curator - Oct. 2026
I have to say to the entire community, and especially to @steemitblog If I hadn't discovered the @wakeupkitty's community, I probably wouldn't be here today. In fact, I'd probably be badmouthing Steem because of my first contact with a moderator It was simply disheartening, and I was even sure that their intention was to scare new users away from the platform. And it wasn't a translation error; it was the community of my own language, so I can say that it's a very important role, and that you have to be careful about who you give "power" to.
I think you are one of the few curators who take the time and dedication to build relationships with people. I believe choosing you will set the bar high, which is what the platform should aim for.
My best wishes for your success, you're already making this place a true community...Thank you for applying, because I understand all the time you dedicate to us.
I agree with you 100%.

Dear Arya,
I am happy with your words and we met. It is good you stayed, since you make this community, and by now also other communities, so much better with what you write and your comments.
Communities are build by it's members.
I am sorry you bumped into the wrong moderator. You are one of those few a community should reach out to and cherish instead of scare away. Unfortunately I have the same experiences, but like you I went my way and wrote because it is what I like to do.
Never let yourself scare or bully away. This is a place big enough to ignore those we do not like, to meet like-minded, creative souls and build precious contact, which will last for years.
With you I agree the platform, Steemit Team, should aim as high as they can. Those skilled people are here and we only learn from those better than us.
A big hug and be happy!
❤️🍀
Thank you for being yourself, I always enjoy reading your answers, and sometimes I think you stay up late just to reply to messages from those you know are trying their best efforts.
I completely agree with you, we should always strive for excellence, but like you, we should be understanding and try to correct and guide instead of penalizing.Steemit is very lucky to have you, and as @solperez rightly said, you're not only an excellent person, you're also a mentor and an example for everyone!
Thank you for always being there for us, I feel honored to be part of your community. Have a great day!
