Being in retail before, I totally feel that.
People would often pounce on me with the most unexpected questions out of nowhere. Half the time it left me speechless, but I can't just retort with 'What on earth kind of question is that?' I just showed them my best retail smile.
Hahaha, if you take it with a good sense of humor, you could even compile those questions into a book!
