First time I hear about this game. I do not believe children are willing to play this with us.
How about Hide and seek or some ball game? Riddles, Scrabble or a shadow theatre?

Hahaha it is very funny game but It is also quite painful, because each child slaps the other's hand with full force—which is why the game is called "Red Hand."
All the other games you listed are ones that children play calmly and peacefully, whereas in the 'Red Hand' game, children not only remain agitated but also give vent to their intensity.
