2/ Обсуждения снизу-вверх редкость, сильные авторы ревниво относятся к пиару кого-то еще.
3/ Иногда я рассказываю у себя в блоге об увиденном, источник подобное поощряет редко, авторы источника ценят читателей по весу.
Вывод: вы идеализируете ситуацию. Но звучит неплохо: вдруг появится неизвестный отличный автор, с которым я захочу поделиться своим вознаграждением, тогда - да, отличное предложение.

My browser translator doesn't do a great job with your language, so I'm not sure if I fully understand your response. But, I guess you're pointing out that there will be a sort of "tug of war" between the creators and the rebloggers regarding the size of the rewards split.
I think that's correct, but still an improvement over the status quo. In the end, it would be the investor/curators and their decentralized voting that will decide how big the split should be.
