Professionally Making Tandoor Bread
Have you ever tried making Tandoor bread at home? I think it needs special kind of oven and professional training for making it though I'm not sure about that. We Bangladeshi, Indian and Pakistani people more or less familiar with the taste of this bread.
Once I tasted special tandoor bread that added banana and milk with the dough to make it tastier and healthier too, that one 3x more expensive than the usual or normal Tandoor bread that prepared in the video. It's a simple way of making tandoor and best for a healthy breakfast.
Recently when I went to our nearest restaurant for two flat breads or paratha for my breakfast I saw a professional chef was preparing this tandoor and there was some orders too which means it has good demand. Price is same as flat bread but one tandoor bread can be enough for a breakfast to make you feel full.
Once I replaced my paratha with this simple tandoor bread and it was good enough to kill my hunger but honestly it couldn't replace the taste of paratha because paratha has oil when tandoor is dry and you may need extra curry or vegetables to eat it
Well, I never saw my mom preparing tandoor at home but we often bought it from restaurants. With beef curry or chicken curry it taste super delicious as I ate many times in the past.
Hope you find the vlog interesting though many of you familiar with this process. I find this interesting because it use a different type of oven to prepare. I prefer repeating oily flat bread or paratha because I hardly eat breads without oil. I love adding more oil to make my food tastier.
