I am not sure how the bracelet works.
It did remind if my childhood where children received before summer holidays started a necklace or bracelet with their name and personal data on it. Like bloodtype, phone number and so on.
Most of us had it. I am not sure what caused it, since it no longer exists. Perhaps the fact we played more outside?
The whistle I have too, part of the period I was a scout leader. I doubt it,or my phone will save me if in trouble. Mainly because I will not have it nearby.
