You like oil pastels better or just the extra kick? I believe I am more into the soft pastels the dust included (and now the all want to buy me oil pastels LOL I better finish what I started first.

I am a bit clueless if it comes to the oil transfer method, I keep an eye on you. What material is that board? With what do you draw? Is it cheaper than oil paint?

I like oil pastels most for drawing at the moment. The board I use for oil transfer drawing is plywood. I cover it in oil paint, before laying the blank sheet of paper on top. This method uses up quite a lot of oil paint, so I try to make as many drawings as I can during each session. I draw on the paper with either a 6B or 6H pencil, depending of the effect I'm after. If you decided to try it, it will be great to see the results. Thanks again.

I have plenty of oilpaint, I could lay my hands on cheap student oil paint mixable with water. Would that do the trick?
Not that I can draw 🤣
But it sounds better than making stamps with autumn leaves like I did two days ago to help making examples for a workshop.

Sounfd good, I wouldn't add any oil or water to the oil paint for making oil transfer drawings. I think the more pigment the paint has, relative to the medium, the better. My cats are in my online shops, I'll probably make some more soon. I hope your art's all going well.
