Despite of that apple being rotten when we use water based art material everything looks nice, maybe because there is no straight lines and form, it is like “lost and found moments” especially with watercolour but also the way if you let one colour to bleed into another and create a third colour (usually with primary colours) that is an absolutely high class of watercolour control. Well done love it!
I’m not used to watercolours and, to be honest, I don’t really like them at all; I’ve written that before. So, to be honest, I’ve no idea why we keep dabbling in them; probably because they’re easier to carry around and make a bit less mess. It seems as though it’s quicker – well, of course it’s actually quicker than working with oil or acrylics. But still, I actually miss working with acrylics. That loose, rough, splattery style.
