Aninteresting experience and a good reminder not to panic when something suddenly stops working. I liked how you stayed calm, called the engineer, and tried a simple solution instead of immediately giving up. Sometimes a little patience and creative thinking can save us from unnecessary expenses.The part about the heavy rain making the situation even more difficult made the story feel very real.
