Últimamente hay una frase que se dice con mucha frecuencia y, esta es:
Seamos empáticos, porque no sabemos qué batallas realmente está viviendo una persona
Y, cada vez que reflexiono sobre ella, le consigo un peso de realidad que no solo me impresiona, sino que también me asusta, porque lamentablemente la estadística más elevada está en el costado del que juzga a alguien por su aislamiento o por la tristeza que no puede ocultar.
A nuestra sociedad le falta mucha empatía y, estoy segura de que si todos aprendemos a ser como la familia Vega, lograremos mejorar ese aspecto.

We never truly know what someone is going through behind their silence or sadness, and sometimes a little kindness, understanding, and support can make a huge difference in someone's life. The world would certainly be a better place if we learned to judge less and show more empathy, just like the Vega family.
