Greetings, friend.
We are on the same wavelength regarding the meaning of recycling and the positive impact it has when people practice it.
Trying to do things the right way can sometimes be difficult; many people resist the unknown and dislike change.
However, fining those who fail to comply with the law is a good thing, as it raises awareness and fosters long-term improvement. It was a pleasure reading your post, friend.
Thank you @mini80 for your comment, I am glad that you also have the same opinion, it is something that everyone can do easily to keep our surrounding tidy, just to clean after ourselves. It is like at home if we do clean our home regular then there is not much work for example on weekend. The same approach we should apply to the our town, cities I am very curious how it will be looking like hten.
In regards to fining the people who spoil the towns and not cleaning their own garbage is also good for state cashier, it will be additional resources to pay the cleaning services. One helps another. Have a nice day and it was nice to hear your opinion.
