I read the entire text and really enjoyed it; there is a truly interesting thematic thread running through it. Best of all, it raised questions that invite us to pause, examine our inner selves, and evaluate our place in the world. We may well be carrying "rocks" that do not belong to us; just because we feel capable of bearing their weight does not mean we are in a position to shoulder responsibilities that aren't ours. Note: A rock can be comfortable if we can sit on it to rest, or uncomfortable if we are forced to bear its weight. It is much like a "river stone": if it gets inside our shoe, it prevents us from walking. Problems are like that—some weigh too heavily, while others, even if light, can still keep us from taking action. (This is a reflection on the first exercise.)

Leí todo el texto y lo disfruté mucho. Realmente, hay en él un hilo temático interesante. Lo mejor de todo es que surgieron preguntas que nos invitan a detenernos a revisar nuestro ser y a evaluar nuestro lugar en el mundo, pues tal vez estemos cargando con "rocas" que no sean nuestras, y el hecho de sentirnos capaces de soportar su peso no significa que estemos en condiciones de asumir responsabilidades ajenas. OJO: Una roca puede ser cómoda si nos podemos sentar sobre ella a descansar o incómoda si estamos obligados a soportar su peso. Lo mismo que una "piedra del río". Si está dentro de nuestro zapato nos impide caminar. Así son los problemas, algunos pesan demasiado y otros, aunque livianos, pueden impedirnos actuar. (Esto es una reflexión sobre el primer ejercicio).
