Good afternoon everyone. I'm back.

I know it's been a long time, several months at least, but I have not had many changes in my situation. I'm just still dealing with it as it was described earlier.

Buzzing

When I was younger I used to like to go out and I certainly would like to be buzzing, especially on a Saturday night, but this kind that I have is not that kind.

There have been maybe half a dozen times in the last three or four months where I couldn't go to sleep because of vibrations or buzzing, either in my foot, my knee or my thigh. I had marked places where it had occurred within diagrams in my earlier posts. When it happens, it reminds me of a water torture because nobody can go to sleep if water is dripping, and their face, nose or mouth.

Imagine if you had a child and every time you were just about to fall asleep, they would come up and tickle the hairs on your shin or something like that. You can yell at a child and they'll leave you alone, but what if they came back again within a minute or two, you're almost asleep and they do the same thing over and over all night. Maddening.

As I said before, I stopped talking about this with my family members because there's no way to prove it's happening except if they were to be able to feel it. I would like to dismiss this as something else and I might have found a similar condition that might share these component symptoms. I do not dare talk about it but it's a condition that Michael J. Fox has. I heard someone talking on social media about the onset of that condition, where they had tremors.

I have experienced restless leg symptoms in the past. That too is involuntary. But more recently, there is a twitching in my left hand/fingers (last three, including the pinky). I noticed it most when I put my hands on my keyboard ready to type and both hands are relaxed. Out of nowhere, the left half of my left hand twitches. Not just one jerk to the left, but for 2 or 3 seconds, the three fingers move left toward the caps lock. It may or it may not be that this other thing that's happening is related to the buzzing that I spoke of, or maybe it is related to the other disease just recently mentioned. A worrisome thought.

Protection

I think a couple of posts ago I had mentioned that I got Faraday bags for my devices and my router which are working wonderfully. The only work though, if you have them folded over at the end to where the material is touching itself, all the way around, with no air gaps.

Of course, this does not help me in the case of neighbors that are nearby whose routers aaaare within range to affect my health. When I bought the larger piece of material that was supposed to protect me like a blanket, I tested it the same as I did with the Faraday bags. It only worked to block signals when the thing, in this case me, was contained completely within the fabric with all air gaps closed.

that has not been working because I am only laying under it.

Solutions.
I recently ordered enough of the same material, to either make a tent or completely encase the mattress and my body inside with no air gaps. That is coming in the next couple weeks, so we will see. I will let you know if anything else arises.

Everything I write is my own work unless otherwise noted and referenced
