ForkBuild content storage, 2026-10
This is a ForkBuild content thread for 2026-10 (UTC).
Each direct reply to this post stores the content of a published ForkBuild snapshot, so that the ForkBuild app can load it from Steem. People normally won't need to read them.
- What a reply contains. The reply text is the content itself, often compressed. Its
json_metadata, underforkbuild, describes the content and its content hash. - Nothing is trusted because it's posted here. ForkBuild loads content only if it matches the content hash of a signed publication. The Steem account that posted a reply isn't treated as the author.
- No rewards. This thread and every reply to it decline payout. Votes don't change whether ForkBuild accepts content.
- Replying. Reply here only through the ForkBuild app. The app ignores anything it can't verify.
A new thread opens each month: @forkbuild/forkbuild-content-YYYY-MM.
