I remember seeing some documentary when the people moved to other country and often they open restaurant with traditional food or sometimes food trailer. It is not easy to start up but like you say it is important to have own capital to start. I am not a person who would be brave enough to start own business, too much stress :)
Yes ... it be good when you have some extra money in your hand to start it. So you not need to use 100% bank money ( to borrow ) ☕☕👌
If I'm honest, it's very stressful if you get too big with the menu, and you can't divide yourself between making several different meals. But if I may suggest, start it with something very simple, small, that way you can grow at a calm mode.
