Daybook September 27</>

A learning organization is not simply a place where many knowledgeable people work. It is a place where knowledge can move. People can ask, explain, compare, challenge, revise, and pass knowledge forward. Such sharing may support newcomer development, experienced staff learning, and organizational continuity, but only when knowledge is open to evidence and revision. Knowledge sharing should not mean reproducing tradition; it should mean making professional reasoning visible and usable.

Upvoted! Thank you for supporting witness @jswit.

Your point about not just reproducing tradition really hits home. It's so easy to get stuck doing things the old way instead of revising.
