New Growth Is Possible

New growth after disruption is possible, but it is neither automatic nor proof that the disruption was beneficial. People and professional lives may recover, adapt, or take new directions after discouragement, failure, or harm. What matters is not romanticizing the damage but recognizing the conditions that make renewal more possible: safety, time, support, reflection, resources, and opportunities to try again. In education, creativity can become one form of renewal when an approach fails and the educator is willing to rethink, redesign, and begin again.
