Applications for Community Curators for October 2026

|---|
Warm greetings to all Steemians...!!
I am pleased to submit my application to join the Community Curators Team in October 2026.
As someone from Indonesia, I am confident that I will bring a global perspective, proven curation expertise, and a commitment to supporting high-quality original content on the Steemit platform.
I also firmly believe that all the requirements mentioned are sufficient for the Steemit team to select us, and that they will form a solid, high-quality team—including the minimum requirement of 11,000 SP per member, as well as a commitment to curating content fairly, transparently, and consistently.
About me
I’m @walictd. I first signed up for Steemit in 2018 and became active in 2021. I’ve served as a moderator and administrator in several Steemit communities, including as a former admin/moderator for the Steem SEA community, a former moderator for Steem Kids & Parents, and an administrator for Steem Lens. I have also served as a community curator on several occasions, including in September 2026 as part of the sc03 improver team, and I was selected as one of the organizers for the 27th and 29th seasons of the Steemit Challenge.

My Curation Strategy Going Forward
Given my background as a Computer Science graduate—with a specialization in multimedia—and as someone who enjoys photography and videography, I naturally love beautiful posts featuring high-quality images and videos. Here is our curation vision for August: If selected, we will focus on curating high-quality content. I will also prioritize original content free from plagiarism and AI-generated content, and actively seek out high-quality posts both in community forums and on personal blogs.
As always, I will support users from various countries and ensure that votes are distributed fairly. This includes not only supporting posts but also helping to curate high-quality comments.
Rest assured that I am fully prepared to carry out our duties as Community Curator for October 2026.
With this experience and dedication, I am confident I can help strengthen the Steemit ecosystem and support writers who deserve recognition on this platform. I hope to be elected.

Hi @walictd. It is nice to see your application for Curator, it is indeed a long time since you are active on Steemit I remember how Steem SEA were quite busy and big community, but time changes and we all move along. I remember the time when we were curators together in the same team and how accurate, fair and hard working you were. Since then you kept growing not only in Steem Power but also in your tasks and activities on Steem and it is a pleasure to see that you wish to continue your active work to bring happy moments for users around. Wishing you success with curator application!
Wow, thank you so much for your support, my friend. You are a highly experienced person yourself—I actually have a lot to learn from you. Ultimately, I wish us all success and hope we receive blessings from God Almighty.
