Application For Community Curator - November 2026
On this occasion, I am submitting my application to serve as a community curator for the month of November.
I joined Steemit on May 9, 2018. It was a very challenging start, with no real guidance or support, and little encouragement to grow within the platform—until a sudden change occurred in Steemit’s administration.
Since 2020, I have completely shifted my mindset regarding the platform, leveraging various lessons and gaining experience in content creation, community interaction, and the responsibilities that come with being a moderator for World of Xpilar.
Over the last few years, I have served as a representative and a community curator. I also act as a moderator for other communities, such as Newcomers and Steem Alliance, among others. I have made the most of every opportunity to foster my own growth—both in terms of knowledge and Steem Power.
Through my roles as a representative and community curator, I have developed the expertise and strategies necessary to effectively identify high-quality content and users who are committed to following the platform’s guidelines.
Personally, I have made it a priority to dedicate time to detecting abuse on Steemit. I have extensive experience in verifying the authenticity of content; I utilize various tools to analyze posts, cross-reference information, identify potential irregularities, and spot signs of plagiarism, reused content, a lack of transparency, or the presence of fake accounts. My work as an investigator has led me to uncover a significant number of instances of abuse.
Below, I share some cases detected over the past month.
- https://steemit.com/incredible-india/@adeljose/tmtma0 (Repeated content)
- https://steemit.com/steemit-iron-chef/@adeljose/tmke8l (AI User Alert)
- https://steemit.com/hindwhale-community/@adeljose/tmeset (Repeated content)
- https://steemit.com/account-booster/@adeljose/tm89pm (Possible false identity)
- https://steemit.com/ccc/@adeljose/tlbtc3 (Copyright infringement)
My experience has also proven useful in detecting behaviors associated with mass account creation ("account farming"), with a particular focus on posting patterns, interactions, and account activity. I am dedicated to maintaining the well-being of the platform.
Let’s look at one of the most significant cases.

For the month of November, I am once again making my experience, time, and commitment available to the Steemit curation program. I will serve as a community curator, aiming to contribute responsibly by identifying and supporting quality content, as well as the authors who foster positive engagement. I take on this responsibility with seriousness, transparency, and objectivity.
Below are some metrics related to my performance and growth on the platform:
My native language is Spanish, and I have an intermediate level of English.
My Steem Power totals 149,257.96; I am close to reaching my third status level, "Orca." Also displayed are my reputation—which is 83—and my CSI for the last 7 days.
Now we'll be able to see the accounts I support by delegating my Steem Power.
This way, we’re available to support Steemit’ Curation Program
Le deseo mucho éxito con su postulación.

Your efforts to maintain the transparency. And credibility of the Steem platform are truly commendable. The most striking thing about your application is. That you are not limited to finding quality content. But also work hard to identify plagiarism suspicious accounts and violations of the platform rules. Your experience in various communities. Your ability to verify the authenticity of content demonstrate your responsibility and seriousness.
I think a great curator is one who recognizes the hard work of real creators. While also fostering an environment of fairness and trust on the platform. Hopefully your application for November 2026 will be successful. And you will play a more effective role in the improvement of the Steem community with your skills and experience.
