Apple cakes are also my weakness, somehow the smell of it when it is just baked is very special, often I can not wait until it cools down and I eat it warm, which I think not really good, because I noticed you can not feel all the nice taste of it only when it lies a bit and maybe then all the taste of ingredients will be properly mixed up. I hope you enjoyed time with your sister and cake :)
