En mi experiencia esas cremas con antibiótico solo sirven si hay infección secundaria, ¿el GP te dijo qué tipo de rash era? A mí una vez me mandaron una crema parecida para un sarpullido y resultó ser dermatitis por estrés.
Esa crema antibiótica para la zona del estómago, ¿te la mandó el GP directo o te derivó a un dermatólogo? La foto se ve bastante roja.
La crema que te recetó es antibiótica, no corticoide, así que si la rash sigue picando después de unos días probablemente no sea bacteriana. ¿Te la recetó el GP sin cultivo o hicieron algún hisopado antes? Es raro tratar una dermatitis del flanco con antibiótico de entrada.
