My Steem Gaming Journey — Steem Ludo and Steem Hop

Steem Ludo — 5 Steem Challenges and a Great Win

Today I want to share some beautiful memories from my Steem gaming journey. This time I played an interesting competition with @xpilar in Steem Ludo. Our game room code was NPHJ26 and the challenge was 5 STEEM. Both players had 3,3 pieces, so the game was interesting and competitive from the beginning.

During the game, sometimes the dice would come in my favor and sometimes the opponent would get a good number. This is what I like the most in Ludo, that you can’t completely predict what the next roll will be. So you have to make a thoughtful decision on every turn.

In this competition, I finally won. The result screen showed AMJADSHARIF as the winner while @xpilar was the loser. I had 1 kill piece and 54 rolls, while the opponent had 0 kill pieces and 58 rolls. The best part was that the reward for this competition was +9 STEEM.

For me, it was not just a win of 9 STEEM, but also the joy of a good gaming moment. Patience is very important while playing Ludo, because sometimes you are in a strong position and after a few rolls the whole direction of the game changes.

I also thank @xpilar for his good competition. I hope that I will continue to have the opportunity to play such interesting matches with friends from the Steem community in the future.

Steem Hop — Another Interesting Gaming Experience

Steem Hop is also an interesting part of my Steem gaming journey. In the screenshots, you can see that I tried to cross obstacles at different levels. In this game, the task seems easy, but as you progress, timing and concentration become very important.

You have to move at the right time between vehicles, tracks and different obstacles. A small mistake can force you to try again. That is why playing Steem Hop requires both reflex and focus.

I especially like the fact that Steem Hop gives me the opportunity to improve my performance with every attempt. Sometimes I get a low score, sometimes I get a good score, but the real fun is in improving my previous performance.

In my dashboard screenshot, amjadsharif’s Steem Hop profile is also visible. Currently, I am Level 11 – Pro, Rank 8, total points 104 and high score 39 are shown. This is a good progress for me and I am trying to improve my score further in the coming days.

While Steem Ludo is a combination of strategy, patience and luck, timing, focus and quick decisions are more important in Steem Hop. The style of both games is different, but both make gaming more enjoyable in the Steem community.

I try not only to post on Steem but also to be active in gaming activities. A good win in Steem Ludo and continuous practice in Steem Hop made today a special day for me. Hopefully other friends of the Steem community will also try these games and share their gaming journey with us.
