It was summer, the sky was clear. The ships have just arrived to shores. It is tough working as a fisherman. It is not the difficulty of the job itself. But, more of being away from family. All three were sitting on the deck facing the ships that just arrived while putting their back against their ship which has sailed two hours ago. They took a breath, discussed the journey. Then, their conversation shifted somewhere else. They were discussing family, raising kids and holding the family together to make a successful life. They were talking from their own experience or, from what they have seen others do. It was more of a two person discussion. The third was a listener. They were thinking that he is just taking some ideas, or maybe he is not relating to what they are saying or, just do not have anything to add. But, that was only inside his head. He was looking at them and thinking, do they hear themselves. He asking, what is all of this talk about new way of parenthood and the old way? Do one need to assess what is best for him? Or, at least think it through before saying it? He was having a judgment on what is being said. There are more words that has been said in his head, than both of them.
