SVM Testnet: 100% Validator Uptime, Network Stability & SVM App Readiness
New Milestone Following the v0.0.5 Upgrade
The Steem Virtual Machine (SVM) Testnet has achieved a new milestone in operational health following the successful stabilization of the v0.0.5 coordinated upgrade.
All 11 validators are now active, bringing validator participation back to 100%.
Current Network Statistics
- Total Blocks: 660,736+
- Total Transactions: 44,051+
- Average Block Time: Approx. 5.5 seconds
- Active Validators: 11/11
- Validator Uptime: 100%
Steem-identity enforcement introduced in v0.0.5 is now active across all validator creation routes, and the EVM staking precompile is functioning correctly for MetaMask users.
Achieving 100% Validator Participation
@steem-agora has successfully completed the node update, synced to the latest chain state, and performed a validator unjail operation.
As a result:
- The active validator set has returned to 100% capacity.
- All 11 validators are participating in consensus processing.
- Bridge attestations are active.
- Oracle price feeds are operating normally.
- Network fault tolerance and availability are at peak levels.
This recovery process highlights the effectiveness of the automated ./update.sh workflow and demonstrates the validator operators' commitment to network maintenance. ## Network Improvements Since v0.0.5
