Application For Community Curator - November 2026.

Dear Steemit team,

First, I would like to thank the Estimate team for presenting such a wonderful and attractive opportunity to us and for providing this chance. I am here to submit my application for the role of community curator for the month of November 2026.

My name is Tamanna Yasmin Toma, and I go by the name @tammanna on Steemit. I am a citizen and resident of Bangladesh. I joined the Steemit community in August 2023, and my journey in this field began then.

It has been nearly three years since I started this journey, and along the way, I have learned a great deal on this platform while working with utmost honesty and dedication. There was no end to the learning opportunities; I have reached where I am today by absorbing valuable insights—both big and small—from everyone around me. Alhamdulillah.

As a homemaker, I found myself with a lot of spare time on my hands, which led me to enter this online world. I have embraced this particular activity as a part of my life—something I truly enjoy doing. I am now working here with great dedication and am fully committed to investing my time and effort into this platform, as I find the work here deeply rewarding.

I have realized that this platform offers immense joy—not only in learning new things but also in teaching others. Over the past year, I have had multiple opportunities to curate content for the 'Booming 1' account, a role I continue to fulfill. I qualified as a curator for September, and the experience has thoroughly taught me how to uplift others through support and collaboration How to make the paths ahead of them easier and more understandable.

The responsibility associated with 'Q-Ration' extends far beyond the mere act of voting; it involves educating users on how to rectify errors and guiding new users on the best ways to present their content. Furthermore, a crucial part of this responsibility entails monitoring for issues such as content theft, the misuse of AI, and plagiarism.

It is part of the responsibility to oversee the details of every user's account—such as preventing 'power down accounts' from casting votes and ensuring the quality of image content. One must pay attention to all these aspects and exercise the authority to accord users the respect they deserve or grant them a specific voting capacity; these are lessons I have learned through my own experience in this role.

The true essence of this task lies in identifying errors or shortcomings within specific content and offering relevant tips for improvement; I have been effectively fulfilling these responsibilities for several months now. My personal favorites include 'Diary Game' posts, artwork, and recipes—areas I have mastered well and in which I consider myself highly proficient at sharing knowledge.

Throughout this long journey, I have served as a moderator for about three communities so far, and I have endeavored to fulfill these responsibilities effectively. Additionally, I try to voting various posts using my own SP, as my delegation plays a minimal role in this regard.I try to support everyone with all my Steem Power, which I consider very important.

Based on my past experience, I would like to say that if I get the opportunity to curate again next month—in November—I will certainly strive to identify high-quality, worthy posts. For posts that do not yet meet the standard, I will offer advice on how the authors can organize and present their content effectively. Furthermore, I will be happy to answer any questions they may have to assist them, and I would be delighted to be given this opportunity.

I look forward to the expected results, Insha'Allah.
Thank you.
