Sunnah Dine, Sylhet

Hello friends, I hope you are all doing well. Today, I am going to take you on a visit to a restaurant. It is located next to the Dargah Gate of the Shahjalal Shrine in Sylhet, Bangladesh. Tourists often come here to dine. The name of this restaurant is Sunnah Dine. To get there, you need to go to the area beside the Hazrat Shahjalal Shrine in Sylhet. The restaurant's exterior décor and design have been created in a very modern style.

I visited this place a few months ago and had breakfast at this restaurant. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. In the morning, there is a fair amount of activity. Upon entering the restaurant, you will see an open-style kitchen area towards the front, where various dishes—such as breakfast breads, fast food, and grilled chicken—are prepared right in front of you.

The interior decor is very attractive, further enhanced by excellent lighting. The fans and lighting fixtures have been installed in a very modern style. It is a great spot for tourists to spend some quality time.

Upon entering, you will see food displays featuring images of various dishes on the wall opposite the seating area; you can place your orders based on these visuals. The menu highlights traditional Sylheti cuisine. The interior seating arrangement is excellent, featuring a modern setup with high-quality tables and comfortable chairs.

It is a great place to enjoy a meal with family, friends, or loved ones. Waitstaff are available inside to take your orders. Below, I have listed some of the dishes and compared their prices in Bangladeshi currency with their equivalent value in STEEM.

I was there with my friends. We arrived in the morning and ordered egg-khichuri (khichuri served with an egg) for breakfast, as it is a signature dish at this restaurant. The presentation was excellent; they served the khichuri topped with a whole egg, accompanied by extra spices and various other garnishes.

There are waiters on hand to assist you at all times. You will find a tissue box, salt, and mineral water on the tables. There were three of us, and our total bill for breakfast came to 300 Taka—approximately 60 STEEM. The interior offers comfortable seating and a safe environment; the restaurant is kept consistently clean.

There is a parking area outside, and the premises are monitored by a CCTV security system. Once you have finished your meal, you can make your payment at the cash counter located near the front.

Payment Section

For bill payments, you have the option to pay with cash—the method most people typically use. Alternatively, for urgent situations, you can also settle your bill online using mobile banking services. Since customers visit from far and wide, a variety of payment methods have been made available. The food here is of excellent quality, so I highly recommend visiting this place if you happen to be in Sylhet.
