Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi, how is everyone doing? I hope you all are fine. Alhamdulillah, I am fine too. Today, I have come back to you with yet another review post.

Today, the thing I am going to talk about is the fuel pump or, you could say, the thing that saves a lot of your time because fuel oil moves at a very high speed. It is useful in our daily lives in various ways—whether at factories, educational institutions, or vehicles, we use fuel oil. Today, I have come to the pump with my bike to get some fuel, and I will take this opportunity to review the pump, InshaAllah.

I came to the pump to get octane for the bike

So let's get started. Today, the petrol pump where I got oil for my bike is located in Thengamara, Bogura district. I usually get oil for my bike from this petrol pump. On my way home, the petrol pump is on my left-hand side, which is convenient for me. Also, their measurement is very precise. I’ve noticed that the petrol pump has a large area, so there’s no crowd, which I really like, and it saves me time.

Their fuel pump on the Rangpur-Dhaka highway serves various big and small vehicles. Even though fuel prices are rising in Bangladesh, they continue to provide service consistently. A while ago, when Bangladesh and other countries faced fuel shortages in the global market, people were struggling, yet they kept serving fuel from their store. I would like to thank them for this; even in such tough situations, they kept their service running, which was a commendable initiative.

At their pump, diesel is available, and the price is clearly displayed on every fuel meter. Also, each meter has one of their employees attending to it, which I really liked. I observed the entire pump for quite some time; I liked their environment, their service, and the way everything was managed. That’s why I felt inclined to review their pump. And as I mentioned, the area of their pump is much bigger. Since it’s located beside the Dhaka-Rangpur highway, they’ve got even more space. At this pump, many long-distance buses, cars, and trucks stop for a break during their journeys. Because there’s enough space, vehicles can park quickly, which is a really good feature of theirs. Usually, parking at many pumps isn’t that easy, but at this pump, they’ve kept enough space that maybe you won’t even notice it at first.

That’s why I’ve taken some pictures of their pump area. Looking at these, perhaps you’ll get an idea. I hope you understand the parking zone of their pump and that the fuel trucks at the petrol pump always keep a reserve here so that the public doesn’t face any inconvenience. This is a really good initiative of theirs. I’m attaching pictures of their parking area and all the space available at their pump below.

The best thing is that they have done a lot for passenger service. Their biggest achievement is that they have separate bathrooms with a washbasin for men and women, and a tea boiler. They have arranged everything nicely, and it's very clean and tidy, which impressed me. Since Palm is located beside the highway road, they have set up a rest stop system here. You can take a break if you want, or take care of your natural needs and use the restroom.

They manage all of this so well, something you often don’t see at other fuel pumps. This flower pump has had this system running for a long time. Even when I used to travel from Dhaka to Rangpur, I stopped at this pump many times. Even today, I really notice and appreciate their cleanliness and service. Compared to before, their service is much better now.

Moreover, the passenger service they have started has CCTV cameras all over the oil area for their security, and to prevent their staff from cheating, the money is kept at the cash counter. The name of the fuel pump from where they collect the oil is 'New Cholachol Oil Pump.' The oil they bring is transported in their own vehicle, and here, even if we want, there is a pipe to clean their vehicles, so you can clean your own vehicle.

Their initiative is what I liked the most. They use CCTV cameras because in this digital age, you never know when an accident might happen. Also, smoking and lighting fires around their pump are strictly prohibited. I was really amazed and very impressed by their neat rules. I have shared some pictures below.
