A Farm Adventure 👩‍🌾

I woke up early this morning feeling energized because today was the day we'll be going to the farm. I said my prayers and headed out to the farm with my mum, younger brother and my cute dog named Jack . I'm from Benue state where literally everyone owns a farm land , and so do we. Ours was a moderately sized rice plantation which we were going to weed the grass that had began to outgrow the rice .

On our way there , I fell multiple times because the area was a water log, muddy, the road was bad , and it rain the day before so it was difficult to pass through without tripping.

We arrived at the farm and immediately bagan to work before the sun becomes too hot. My brother and I splitted the labor, he took one end of the rice field, while I took the other, just to make the work faster.

Meanwhile, Jack? Jack had zero interest in agriculture. He spent the entire time gallivanting around the farm like he owned the place, chasing invisible enemies, sniffing everything, and actually living his best life while we did all the actual work 😹

Alas we were able to work to some extent, at least we worked on almost half of the farm before the sun became incredibly hot and we had to go back home
