The Diary Game [09/09/2026]:A healthy Boost Before My Afternoon Exams
Greetings wonderful steemians family, I hope you all are having a beautiful day today. Today is official day two of my exams, and I am back again to share a little bit of my routine with you all.
As you already know, I am still your one and only baby girl, @Classicprincess No matter how busy or stressful life gets, especially during exam season, I always make sure I take care of myself. Stressing over books is one thing, but neglecting your body and well-being is something I try my best to avoid. Soft living is a lifestyle, and I carry that mindset into everything I do.Today, my exam schedule is a bit different. I do not have an early morning paper today; instead, I am writing an afternoon paper. Now, let me tell you something about how my body reacts during exam periods.
Whenever I have exams—especially when it is a morning paper—I usually find it very difficult to eat heavy food in the morning. My body just refuses to accept heavy meals when my mind is focused on the paper I am about to write. The exam tension and butterflies in my stomach make it almost impossible to swallow solid food like rice or swallow.
On a normal day with a morning exam, I prefer to go into the hall on an empty stomach or just drink water, then wait until I finish writing my paper before I can eat a proper meal. Eating heavy food before an exam usually makes me feel tired, sluggish, and sleepy when I should be sharp and focused on my questions.
However, since today happens to be an afternoon paper, I woke up with enough time on my hands. I knew I could not just stay without putting something nutritious into my system before going out to write. But at the same time, I still did not want to eat heavy food that would weigh me down in the hall. So, I decided to prepare a very simple, delicious, and healthy smoothie for myself.
Making a smoothie is one of the easiest ways for me to get energy quickly without feeling uncomfortable or overly full. It gives my brain the right food it needs while keeping my body light and active. Let me take you step-by-step through how I made this special exam-day smoothie!

Mixture of Avocado, watermelon and Banana
The very first thing I did was gather my fresh fruits. For this recipe, I picked three of my absolute favorite fruits: avocado, watermelon, and fresh bananas. I washed them properly, peeled them, and cut them into small pieces before putting them straight into my blender jar.
Each of these fruits plays a special role in this mix. The avocado gives the blend a super smooth and rich base. Bananas are amazing because they give you instant energy, which is perfect when you are about to sit down and use your brain for hours. Watermelon brings in a lot of natural juice and water, which keeps me hydrated and refreshed throughout the day. Combining these three together is always a massive win!

I added milk and yoghurt for creamer texture
Adding milk and yogurt makes a huge difference in the outcome. It takes the taste from just a regular fruit blend to a very thick, creamy, and satisfying drink that tastes like a treat.

I added honey for natural sweetness
Honey gives it that gentle, natural sweet flavor that balances out all the ingredients beautifully.
The blender mixing everything together] Once everything was inside the blender jar, I covered the lid tightly, plugged it in, and turned the blender on high speed. Watching all those colorful fruits, the white yogurt, and the honey mix together into one smooth liquid was so satisfying to watch. It blended completely until there were no lumps left at all.

The final process,ready to take
Drinking this smoothie gave me instant energy, refreshed my mind, and kept my stomach happy without making me feel heavy or lazy. I was able to leave my house and walk into the exam hall feeling super confident, light on my feet, bright, and completely ready to write my afternoon paper and excel.
Taking out just ten minutes to prepare something good for yourself during stressful times makes a huge difference in how your day goes.
Self-care does not have to be expensive or complicated; sometimes, it is just as simple as blending a good cup of fruit juice for your body!
Thank you all so much for reading through my post today, and wish me good luck in my exams

One small suggestion: adding a few markdown headings throughout the post would make it even more attractive and easier to read. The content is already beautiful, and proper headings would give the post a more organized and polished look.
