I would sincerely choose @santi06 to receive 100% of the vote because the phone he is saving for is not simply for luxury or entertainment. He needs it for several important parts of his daily life.

He is a barber who provides house-call services, so having a reliable phone helps him communicate with his clients and manage his work. He is also a student, meaning the phone will help him with research and school activities. In addition, he is an active Steemit user and needs a good device to create and share his posts.

What touched me most is that he had already saved money toward the phone, but he had to use those savings to replace equipment for his business because of the frequent power outages in his area. Instead of giving up, he started saving again. This shows that he is trying to balance his education, work, and Steemit activities despite the challenges he faces.

He could share his barbering work, lessons he has learned from his clients, challenges he faces with his business, his student life, and even his journey of saving for the phone.
